Booking Conditions . . . When a booking is made, a deposit of 1O% of the full fee is required. In the case of a cancellation the deposit will be forfeit and the proprietors must be notified immediately. The number of people occupying the property must not exceed the number which the property is said to ‘sleep ‘(excluding infants under 2 years). Penyrallt Fach is designated as a no smoking cottage. The tenants will ensure that the property, all furniture, equipment and fitments are left in the condition in which they are found and will make good any damage, loss or repair that may occur during their occupation.
