BOOKING CONDITIONS
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday
A non-returnable deposit of £80 is required
on booking, with the balance to be paid a month in advance
of arrival.
In the case of a cancellation the deposit will be
forfeit and the proprietors must be notified immediately.
The number of people occupying the property must
not exceed the number which the property is said to ‘sleep’
(excluding infants under 2 years).
Penyrallt Fach is a no smoking cottage.
The tenants will ensure that the property, all furniture,
equipment and fitments are left in the condition in which
they are found and will make good any damage, loss or repair
that may occur during their occupation.
No responsibility is accepted for any accident or
injury to persons visiting the cottage or for any loss or
damage to their property.
