1st November'07 - March 2008	£250 per week	(excluding Christmas & New Year).
Christmas & New Year	£400 per week	.
Easter 2008	£400 per week
1st April - 30th June 2008	£300 per week	(excluding half-term week).
Spring Half-term	£400 per week	.
1st July - 31st August	£400 per week	.
1st September - 31st October	£300 per week	(excluding half-term week).
Autumn Half-term	£400 per week	.
1st November'08 - March 2009	£250 per week	(excluding Christmas & New Year).
Short breaks (1st Oct - 30th Apr)	£30 per head	per night. Children under-12 £15 pn

 

 

 

 

Cottage Availability Calendar

Booking Conditions . . .

When a booking is made, a deposit of 1O% of the full fee is required.

In the case of a cancellation the deposit will be forfeit and the proprietors must be notified immediately.

The number of people occupying the property must not exceed the number which the property is said to ‘sleep ‘(excluding infants under 2 years).

Penyrallt Fach is designated as a no smoking cottage. 

The tenants will ensure that the property, all furniture, equipment and fitments are left in the condition in which they are found and will make good any damage, loss or repair that may occur during their occupation.

No responsibility is accepted for any accident or injury to persons visiting the cottage or for any loss or damage to their property.

Pets are welcome but must be kept under strict control at all times.

DOGS MUST NOT BE LEFT IN THE PROPERTY UNATTENDED.
